We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them.
EXCHANGES
If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).
Please just follow these steps:
- Let us know - just email us at sales@jewelsbyzoya.com or DM us on Instagram quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
- Post the item back within 3 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
- We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the exchange ASAP (excluding original shipping costs)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
Wow! We hardly ever miss a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control. If we did, contact us straight away (quoting your order number) and we’ll fix it up for you ASAP!
Just apply within 3 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit.
Don’t worry, we’ll cover the costs (including return postage).
Packaging
Our packaging policies are designed to enhance the overall customer experience. Orders above 5000/- will include a complimentary pouch, and an additional pouch will be added for every increment of 5000/-. For instance, if your order exceeds 12000/-, two pouches will be included.
Furthermore, all our orders come with a gift-worthy cardbox packaging that features custom branding. For orders comprising one to three pieces, one box will be included, while orders comprising three to six pieces will come with two boxes. Orders exceeding six pieces will include a complimentary drawer box.
If you are interested in additional boxes for gifting purposes, kindly inform us in advance, and we will include extra boxes with applicable charges
We regret to inform you that we do not have a return policy based on personal preferences. Our website provides customers with access to all images and videos of our products to enable informed purchasing decisions. As per our policy, we do not accept returns after the purchase has been finalized. However, we do offer an exchange option, provided that the customer ships the item back to our warehouse in undamaged condition. The customer can select a replacement item from our website, and we will dispatch it to them for an additional shipping charge of 200/-. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you.
