At Jewels by Zoya, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes sizing issues may arise.

Exchanges

If the sizing is not quite right:

1.⁠ ⁠Email us at sales@jewelsbyzoya.com or DM on Instagram, quoting your order number, reason for exchange, and desired size.
2.⁠ ⁠Return the item within 3 days of purchase in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags attached) at your cost.
3.⁠ ⁠We'll process the exchange ASAP (excluding original shipping costs).

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item:

1.⁠ ⁠Contact us within 3 days of order, quoting your order number.
2.⁠ ⁠We'll send a replacement or store credit, covering return postage costs.

Return Policy

We regret that we do not accept returns based on personal preferences. Our website provides detailed images and videos to enable informed purchasing decisions.

Exchange Option

If you'd like to exchange an item:

1.⁠ ⁠Ship the item back to our warehouse in undamaged condition.
2.⁠ ⁠Select a replacement item from our website.
3.⁠ ⁠We'll dispatch the new item for an additional shipping charge
