Avoid Chemicals: Keep jewelry away from household chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hair products.

Remove for Activities: Take off jewelry before exercising or any activity that may cause sweat or water exposure.

Store Properly: Keep in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or soft pouch.

Clean Regularly: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. For gemstones, use a soft brush with mild soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

Handle with Care: Gemstones are delicate, and sterling silver can scratch; avoid dropping your jewelry.

We hardly ever miss a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control. However, if you find a manufacturing defect, just apply within 3 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit. It excludes damages from misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. To claim, provide proof of purchase; repairs or replacements are at our discretion.
